Fundamentally, we are committed to supporting nonprofits primarily through impactful fundraising endeavors. These efforts, spread throughout the year, benefit not just our organization but also extend support to other nonprofits.

Our core objective revolves around serving as a supportive ministry for other nonprofits. Additionally, we aid nonprofits by providing access to essential training and by fortifying their structural framework to ensure future growth and financial stability. Samuel and Amber share a longstanding passion for outreach and missions, dedicating the past two decades to serving their local church in various capacities and contributing to numerous ongoing outreach programs within and beyond its walls. In addition to their church involvement, the couple has successfully managed two businesses, with one remaining active to this day.

In 2023, they felt a calling to establish Community Pillar, a nonprofit organization that serves as an extension of their current involvement in various activities. By transitioning to a nonprofit model, Samuel and Amber aim to amplify their impact on missions and outreach programs, providing assistance on a broader scale.

Recognizing the importance of multiple pillars for a firm foundation, they chose the name "Community Pillar" over "Pillars" to reflect the collaborative effort needed for a thriving community. The organization aligns with their mission to be a ministry of helps to other organizations, emphasizing the idea that true community strength arises from the collective support of its pillars.

Community Pillar originated from the aspiration to extend its influence through the framework of a nonprofit, benefiting both the community and existing nonprofits. The organization actively facilitates ongoing fundraising and orchestrates periodic large events, providing a robust support system and assistance in startup or restructuring endeavors. Prioritizing a guiding hand over mere handouts, Community Pillar introduces reward-based programs through pop-up and online classes, equipping individuals with the skills and tools necessary for financial success—be it entrepreneurial skills for starting a new business, budgeting/financial literacy classes, or technical skills for securing better employment.

With the goal of establishing a community center, the organization envisions a shared space conducive to classes and tools, fostering the growth of the community, all while exemplifying and spreading the love of Christ.
